Most yarns are dyed in small batches of 3-4 skeins. There will inevitably be a small amount of variation between batches (even yarns dyed in the same pot together will have some variation between them). No two skeins are alike. This colour variation is the best part about knitting with hand dyed yarns!
I highly recommend alternating skeins while knitting your projects to avoid any "colour pooling". It's also a great idea to order the entire quantity that you require for your project - this will guarantee that most of your skeins will be from the same dyepot/batch.

These colourways are the result of happy accidents, leftover dye or experiments while I'm creating new colourways! They are non repeatable, which means your project will truly be unique.
All yarns are photographed in natural light. The weather here on the west coast can be dark and gloomy, so I sometimes use an LED light to make things brighter. But I always prefer good old sunlight whenever possible! I try my best to portray the colours naturally, but please note that they may appear different on your screen/monitor.
Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if there is any issue/problem with your yarn. Refunds will only be honoured if the yarn is still in its original condition and has not been used, washed or wound into a ball. Shipping costs are not refundable and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose to ship the yarn back to me, please consider using a tracking number. I am not responsible for items lost in the mail while they are being returned to me.
All dyed to order yarns, advent yarns and yarn clubs/subscriptions are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
